How to Clean Out the Refrigerator
These days doing a simple chore around the house can turn into a nightmare. Instead of having the stress of getting a chore done around the house, I always try to think of the best possible easiest way to complete a household chore.
The refrigerator contains several shelves that food items sit on, multiple drawers and also the side compartments on the door of the refrigerator itself.
Step 1: Take everything off of the first shelf of the refrigerator and set the food items either on down on another shelf inside of the refrigerator or out on the kitchen counter.
Step 2: Wet a dishrag with warm soapy water. Wash off the top shelf and the top sides of the refrigerator. Rinse out the dishrag and wipe back over the shelf and the top sides of the refrigerator.
Step 3: Rinse out the dishrag with warm water and wipe the food containers clean. After cleaning off the food containers, arrange them neatly back onto the top shelf of the refrigerator.
Step 4: Repeat Steps 1 through 3 until all shelves, sides of the refrigerator and also the food containers have been cleaned and put neatly back into place.
Step 5: Remove the food items from one refrigerator drawer at a time. Place the food somewhere inside of the refrigerator or out on the counter top. While the refrigerator drawers are removed for cleaning, be sure to wipe the bottom surface of the refrigerator using the dishrag with warm soapy water. Rinse the dishrag and wipe off the bottom surface again, getting rid of any soap. Wash the refrigerator drawers using the dishrag with warm soapy water, rinse and dry. Return the drawers back to the refrigerator and place the food items back into the drawer.
Step 6: Now it is time to take all of the jars of food off of the door compartments of the refrigerator. Do this procedure the same way as cleaning the shelves, one at a time. If the side panels, the part that goes around each door compartment of the refrigerator comes off, take those pieces off and wash them using the dishrag with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry. Wipe off each inside door compartment and slide the door pieces back into place. Wipe off all of the jars and return them back onto the door.
Step 7: Enjoy your clean Refrigerator.
