Its a native Filipino(Ilocano) dish of grilled or fried pork liempo served with bagoong, tomato, and onion relish

- 1 20g MAGGI Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 kg pork liempo sliced 2″ thick
- oil for frying
- Relish: Combine -
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped wansoy
- 1/4 cup bagoong balayan

- In a small bowl combine the MAGGI Sinigang Sampalok Mix and sugar. Rub pork with the mixture and let stand for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat oil and fry marinated pork over very slow heat until golden brown.
- Chop pork slices into bite-size pieces and serve with tomato-onion relish.
