I was listening to commercials on the radio and something about a phone company that gives the power back to the people. Yeah okay, then how would you make money. So i went googling and binging around and could not find what I was looking for. So i hit the friends list, thanks google plus. 
Yeah Im not on Facebook no more...but that's another story...
So a friend put me on to Vitel Wireless. Ok back to Bing again to see what the hell is up.
